Meet Shan, an adorable 3-year-old boy. In spite of his limb difference he is otherwise healthy, happy and living in a foster home in Weifang, China. Shan was matched with an adoptive family 2 years ago and since that time they have been penny pinching, working odd jobs and applying for numerous grants in anticipation of bringing their son home.
